Scott’s Restaurant & Bar

Concurrent to the redesign, the owner commissioned rebranding of this 18,000 SF restaurant with new graphics, menus and publicity campaigns to attract a younger customer base. Design efforts focused on the entry sequence, bar, and outdoor dining patio. The temperate southern California climate allowed replacement of courtyard finishes and materials through to the interior. Landscaping was xeroscaped to support a drought resistant environment. Outdated lighting was replaced with energy efficient fixtures and reception redesigned. The existing bar which had not been well used relative to the rest of the restaurant was opened to the dining patio with full height folding glass doors, new furniture and lighting.
