On the ground and mezzanine levels of Pier 3, PWP shares conference rooms, support spaces, and services with several small companies in a multi-tenant office suite. The sustainably designed interior of exposed steel columns and open deck ceilings can best be described as minimalist industrialism. The interior steel staircase and cable-railed mezzanine are reminiscent of maritime vessels with structural and mechanical systems expressed. Concrete shear walls are left intentionally exposed and the expansive views highlighted by the abundance of natural day lighting.
