The Arns Law Firm

In an effort to preserve the semi-industrial aesthetic of what was once a garment manufacturing plant, the project respectfully acknowledges its origins. Base building elements were sandblasted leaving the heavy timber columns and ceilings exposed. Existing industrial steel sash windows were cleaned up and a simple new palette of acid etched steel, glass, stone and plaster was introduced. The kitchen was designed large enough to house the entire staff and placed adjacent to the large conference room. Separated by one-way glass, the kitchen allows Arns and his team of attorneys and staff to conduct in-house mock trials.
